How We Fact-Check
Our home education, legal and benefits guides are written to be accurate and current. For anything to do with the law, your rights or your money, we check the claim against the primary source, not a secondhand blog: legislation on legislation.gov.uk, official guidance on GOV.UK, and recognised specialists in the field. Where a rule or figure can change, we link the live official page rather than quoting something that might go out of date.
Every guide carries the date it was last reviewed, and we update them as the law and guidance change. If you ever spot something that looks out of date or wrong, please tell us and we will check it.
