What Data We Collect and Why

Newsletter and Email Signups

When you subscribe to our newsletter, take our quiz, or download a free resource, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. We use this data to send you our weekly roundup, welcome email sequence, and occasional updates about new content and products. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Quiz Results

When you take our Parenting Style Quiz, we collect your answers and email address (if provided). Quiz answers are used to generate your result and are not shared with any third party. The lawful basis is your consent.

Community Forum

When you register for our community forum, we collect your email address and display name. Your posts and replies are visible to other registered members. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in providing a community space.

Members Portal and Shop Purchases

When you purchase a product from the Mellow Store, we collect your name and email address. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
